Scope: A large-scale roofing installation as part of the $110 million redevelopment of Westfield Chatswood. This major upgrade included the construction of a new five-level entrance on Victoria Avenue, expansion to accommodate 40 new retail stores, and the addition of the vibrant Hawker Lane Asian dining precinct. Our roofing scope was tailored to meet the needs of this complex, multi-storey commercial environment, delivering robust weatherproofing, drainage integration, and long-term durability across high-traffic zones. The redevelopment increased the centre’s gross lettable area from 77,000m² to 80,000m², requiring detailed planning and execution to ensure minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
