Scope: A precision roofing installation for the environmentally groundbreaking Jordan Springs Community Hub, constructed primarily using Cross Laminated Timber (CLT). As one of Australia’s most sustainable civic buildings, the roofing scope integrated seamlessly with advanced green features, including a 20 kW rooftop photovoltaic array, contributing to a 25.6-tonne annual reduction in CO₂ emissions. The system also accommodated a geothermal heating and cooling network, cutting emissions by 50% compared to conventional air conditioning. All materials used met stringent low-VOC standards and included high levels of recycled, recyclable, and reusable content. This project demonstrates our capability in delivering roofing solutions aligned with the highest sustainability benchmarks.
