Scope: The largest correctional centre in Australia, spanning 60 hectares on a 195-hectare site. The project involved constructing 65 buildings with 130,000 m² of insulated panel roofing, wall, and soffit cladding. Three secure compounds for minimum, maximum, and female inmates, including central administration buildings. At its peak, 150+ roofing personnel were engaged. Award-winning project.
